The aim of the scheme 'Sick leave at work' is that it shall be used for clarification at the workplace of adaptations and activation possibilities for those on sick leave, and it is limited to 2 weeks without possibility of an extension. The scheme is therefore different from the previous 'Active sick leave' in which 100 % of sick pay can be paid for a long period for approved activity at the work place.
The scheme's intention is to build up under the ambition of increased use of graded sick leave, through clarification of possible adaptation measures at the work place and the correct degree of sick leave.

The service provider is required to be a legally established company, documented by:
— Norwegian service providers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
— Foreign service providers: Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the service provider is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Service providers are required to have the financial ability to implement the contract. The requirement is fulfilled with a credit rating of 'credit worthy' or better documented by:
— The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating carried out by Experian; see www.Experian.no
If the tenderer feels that the credit rating will not provide an accurate picture, please send supplementary information together with the qualification application.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Excellent ability to deliver is required, documented by:
— Description of the service provider's technical capacity and professional qualifications. A description is requested regarding the capacity of relevant entities at the service provider. With regard to qualifications, a short overview of general relevant expertise at the service provider's disposal, is requested. Personnel proposed to the assignment should not be specified, and CVs should not be submitted.

— The service provider's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including a description of the assignments, the values, time frames and recipients.
A good, well functioning quality assurance system is required, documented by:
— A description of quality assurance methods, as well as any certificates issued by independent bodies.
