Brønnøysundregistrene

A 2-year framework agreement shall be established for the transport of post and consumables with effect from 1.1.2015. The Brønnøysund registre Centre shall retain the unilateral option to extend the agreement for an additional 1 + 1 years. Any contract extension will automatically occur if notice is not given on the contract at the latest one month before it expires.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present a tax certificate (National requirement).
Requirement to present a self-declaration in accordance with Regulations' attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement)
The Contracting Authority will obtain the company registration certificate themselves for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must attach certificates that prove that they are legally-established businesses as determined by the law of the country in which the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent Annual Report with notes, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures if available.
If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted Annual Report, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the Contracting Authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify what other documentation is acceptable. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain the tenderers' credit ratings.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Overview of the company's total manpower.
A description showing which routines have been established to ensure that the service provider always has sufficient resources to carry out the assignment, including available vehicles and a plan for covering absences (holidays, sick leave etc.)
The tenderer shall attach an overview of his experience from comparable assignments. The summary must contain the most important deliveries over the last three years, their value/scope, what the delivery included, the time and recipient. Form annex 7 shall be used.
