The Norwegian parliament has resolved that the Norwegian Veterinary College (NVH) shall be located in Ås and jointly organised with the University for Life Sciences (UMB) to the Norwegian Environment and Life Sciences University (NMBU). The Veterinary Institute (VI) shall be jointly housed with NMBU at ÅS. The Ministry of Education and Research (KD) has given Statsbygg the task of being the builder with responsibility for adapting and carrying out the construction and procurement of user equipment for NMBU and VI. The total project has more than 63 000 m² gross building area, which, amongst other things, includes laboratories, clinic functions and teaching areas with a lot of focus on protection from infection.This assignment is for construction manager services for early phase works in 2014 and 2015. Statsbygg will announce a separate competition for construction management services for the rest of the project, in which the construction will be carried out in the period 2015 to 2019.

— VAT certificate.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The company is required to have:
— good experience with construction management/follow up for projects of a comparable size and complexity.
Description of the company's reference projects with a transferable value to this assignment in the last 5 years. The following must be included:
— Size of the projects and the type of works,
— The tenderer's role and tasks in the project,
— Contract value for the project,
— Name of the contracting authority and time of execution,
— Contract form for the project.
SHA-coordinator for the execution:
The company must document that they have had the role of SHA coordinator for the execution in projects of a comparable size and complexity.
Description of the company's reference projects in the last 5 years in which the company has had the role of SHA-coordinator for the execution. The following must be included:
— Name of the contracting authority and time of execution.
