Statsbygg Hovedkontor

The builder offers joint rigging and operational services for the construction of the New National Museum, through two contracts, K102 and K101.
K102 includes: (the stated services are not exhaustive - the description applies):
— Delivery and establishment of systems for security and access control.
— Security guard services, camera surveillance.
— Access control.
K101 includes as a guideline.
— Barracks;
— Fences;
— Barrier;
— Gates;
— Signage;
— Waste handling;
— Clearing (in addition to the clearing after one's own work that is included in each contract);
— Provisional installations HVAC;
— Provisional installations electricity;
— Tele and computer network;
— WI-FI;
— Evacuation installations;
— General lighting – (the contractors will have their own work lights);
— Water and sewage installations;
— Administrative service for following up logistics;
— Various equipment for handling logistics such as telescope trucks, trucks and construction lifts.
Statsbygg will have its own rigging coordinator who will follow up K101 and K102 and the accompanying interface.
In this contract the service provider shall provide a manager to administer their own activities and manage the security guard services together with the builder. Assistance shall also be provided for consultancy services that cover the planning and development of security guard services at the construction site.
