The assignment is for the first construction stage of the seafront in Molde, that starts by Storgata and passes Torget, the area down to Sjøfronten and further on towards Storkaia.Consultants shall continue the existing sketch project to the preliminary project, as well as undertaking all documentation for the total preliminary project calculations. Furthermore the preliminary project shall form the basis for the tender competition, contracting and execution, either in the described detailed designed contract or as a function described turnkey contract for parts of the initiative (phase 1).
