The Labour and Welfare Department's work with long term unemployed

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs would like better knowledge of who is long term unemployed, what prevents them finding work and what future career they have.
The assignment is divided into three parts. The first part of the assignment shall map who is long term unemployed, what they have previously done and what future career they have. The second part of the assignment shall analyse whether the long term unemployment guarantee functions as intended and the Labour and Welfare Department's work with the long term unemployed. The third part of the assignment shall provide information on the use of cut-off rules for daily unemployment benefit recipients.
The delivery shall as a minimum comprise a report written in Norwegian. If the future plan allows for the results being published in a scientific periodical, this can strengthen the tender.

There can be additional work beyond the framework for the project. The contracting authority reserves the right to an option for any further purchase as required, in excess of both the given budget and time frame.
