Telephony services, tele traffic and mobile telephones

The competition is for the provision of telephony services, tele traffic and mobile telephones. As regards mobile telephones, this includes a framework agreement for the procurement of mobile telephones and accessories, as well as service and consultancy services for mobile telephones, mobile services, systems and accessories.
The intention of the competition is to enter into a contract with one service provider for two years with an option for OD to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year. We would like the services to be in place during the first quarter of 2015.
OD og Ptil share the same premises and will have joint ICT operational services up until 31.12.2014. From 1.1.2015 the ICT cooperation between OD and Ptil expires. OD are procuring, on behalf of Ptil, an option to enter into a contract with the chosen service provider on the same terms as OD. OD and possibly Ptil will enter into and administer their own contracts. The option can be taken up at the latest by 31.12.2015.
