T3 Avinor Flesland 80306 Electrical installations
80306 Electrical installations.
Complete electrical installations including fire alarms and bus installations for the New Terminal at Flesland (approx. 60 000 m²) shall be delivered divided over the systems below:
1. Supporting systems
Horizontal main feeds for EL, ICT and High Voltage are to be established in separate, double, walkable feed culverts on level A. Vertical feeds such as constructional shafts with feed via pipes cast in the ground between the culvert and holes at the bottom of the EL and ICT shafts. Pipes will have been laid in the ground by previous contracts (80401 and 80301). Local feeds with cable ladders over ceilings, pipes laid in mortar under stone covers, wall channels and open in installation floors in security. In the public areas with high ceilings, feeds will primarily be established in the floor with floor boxes and in fittings with feed from the underlying level. Contractor 80306 shall also see to feeds for ICT contracts in the New Terminal as well as for High Voltage in culverts.. Total of approx. 22 km with supporting systems divided between cable ladders, cable troughs, mesh cable trays, armature rails and channels in the walls and floor.
2. Earthing and lighting conductor installations
Foundation earthing with mesh network and earth rod will have been established in previous contracts (80401 and 80301). The main earth and intermediate cable as well as the lightning installations with active catchers on the roof will be included in 80306.
3. Distribution installations
2 network stations will be established. 1 north east in the Central Building on level B and 1 north in the Peir divided between levels D and E. These each supply their part of the building with the following supply system/priorities:
— Network power - Unprioritised supply via 11/0.4 kV transformers,
— Back-up power - Prioritised supply via 11/0.4 kV transformers from diesel aggregates in the new electro centre. Shall maintain almost normal airport operations if the network fails,
— UPS Back-up power - Interruption free supply with battery back-up with supply to functions criticial for airport operation (ICT installations, control systems),
— UPS Emergency power - 230V IT network for interruption free supply with battery back-up and diesel aggregate that sees to supply to equipment for fire and escape.
Transformers, main switchboard, UPS', batteries, emergency power aggregate, diesel tanks etc. are to be established in a separate room as separate fire cells. For critical loads, in particular ICT-rooms, prioritised redundant supply will be established from the network station and right up to the power outlet. Distribution between main switchboards and sub distributions via cable risers and conductor rails with outlet boxes laid in culverts and vertical shafts. Sub distributions as cupboards for expert attendance placed in separate rooms as a part of vertical shafts for electro. The contractor shall also see to cable risers and electricity supply to boards delivered by other contracts (lifts, passenger bridges, baggage installations, cooling machines, automation boards, HVAC etc.) and by commercial tenants. In addition to the courses for equipmnet supply from the boards delivered in 80306 (lighting, power socketss, ICT equipment, security installations, etc.), the contractor shall also provide courses from automation boards in HVAC. Courses as hidden installations in primary areas with feeds over ceilings, in roads, profiles and in floors. Includes, amongst other things, delivery, assembly and detailed engineering design for approx. 60 sub distributions, 8 main switchboards and approx. 1 400 m of enclosed conductor rails 250 – 4000A.
4. Lighting installations
Complete delivery and assembly of all lighting (approx. 7500 fittings), including emergency lighting installations in the New Terminal and flood lights for apron areas for planes that have a connecting bridge. Standard fittings and some where systems are developed in close cooperation with the builder and consultant group. Energy efficient fittings will be required with high demands regarding light and aesthetical qualities. Light control with DALI, daylight and in situ control, monitoring of emergency lighting fittings.
5. Electrical heating
Assumed to be mainly water borne heating but there is also a need for some electrical heating consisting of, amongst other things:
— Heating cables in the floor shower zones,
— Heating cables on hot water pipes for retention,
— Heating cables for frost protection of downpipes and water pipes for technical plane services,
— Some panel heaters and warm air fans in, for example, technical rooms, passenger bridges and external lifts.
6. Back-up power installations
High voltage supply of back-up power up to the network stations. 80306 includes the delivery of 4 complete UPS installations with battery banks with sizes 100 - 650 kVA, as well as 2 emergency power aggregates 150 - 250 230V IT with automation, separate fuel tanks, systems for ventilation and exhaust.
7. Fire alarm installations
Complete delivery, assembly and commissioning of fire alarm installations for the New Terminal mainly based on optical smoke detectors but also comprehensive installations based in aspiration in, amongst other things, the main ceiling and ICT rooms. Systems for optical warning of fire alarms in accordance with TEK 10. Comprehensive interface and control with other technical systems (doors, lifts, ventilation, baggage installations etc.) The installations shall be delivered with a separate presentation system. Speech warning installations is included in another contract.
8. BUS-systems
Comprises delivery, programming and commissioning of mainly KNX installations for room regulation (light, climate), control of internal and external sun screening, communication of alarms and interface/communication with the control plant. For light control also comprehensive interface with DALI. The presentation system will be included in contract 80305 control plant.
9. Cabling for ICT
The cabling for ICT can be included in this contract. In such case it will include cabling for the ICT distribution system including termination at both ends. It will also include the assembly of equipment for ICT.
10. Options
Options that are uncovered deal with redundant UPS system, plug-in protection in distributions and light fittings with alternative light sources. Work related to commercial areas could also be included.
The complete extent of the procurement will be described in the tender documents.
