Contract extent:
— Control, regulation and monitoring of primary technical HVAC installations in the central building and pier, including:
Automation board with substations, io-modules etc.
Programming, testing and commissioning the systems.
Top system for visualisation and service.
— Integration of the KNX system with visualisation and some control from the top system. (The KNX system will be delivered in another contract).
— Integration of other systems via Modbus (back-up power plant).
General system topology.
Key figures:
— 40 automation boards.
— 45 different system types.
— 130 systems, of which 30 ventilation aggregates.
— 2500 physical IO.
— 90 pumps and fans integrated via BACnet or Modbus.
— 20 computer room coolers integrated via Modbus.
— Control of more than 500 fire shields via Modbus.
The numbers are rounded off.
Special requirements:
— Responsibility for the machine directive.
— Marking boards and ventilation aggregates with a QR code for quick navigation to the correct system picture from a tablet or mobile in a technical room.
— Use of weather prognoses (temperature) for optimal control and regulation (For, amongst other things, switching between heated floor/floor cooling).
— Control and regulation of energy central cooling.
