Norsk Tipping intends to enter into a contract for a system for self-service Business Intelligence analysis. Norsk Tipping has a Business Intelligence strategy with a need for data deliveries and analyses that the current data warehouse system and reporting systems cannot fully meet. As a part of a major change, a need has been defined for a system for analysis that can be easily integrated with the current data sources and future data sources, and which has a simple and intuitive user interface with a focus on the final user's possibilities for independently producing ad-hoc questions and analyses for quicker and simpler access to new insight. Furthermore, the system must be usable in the production of ready defined dashboards and reports.
During the contract period, the supplier shall be able to ensure that acquired system meets Norwegian Tipping's needs and requirements and that the the necessary upgrades are made. In addition, the supplier should be able to provide necessary support and maintenance services during the contract period.
