Innkjøpssamarbeidet i Sør-Østerdal

Engerdal, Stor-Elvdal, Trysil and Åmot Municipalities intend to enter into an agreement for the purchase of furniture, equipment and fixtures for municipal offices, canteens, schools, kindergartens, institutions and, possibly, municipal buildings and installations. The attached price matrix is not exhaustive, but is a representative sample of the furniture in the most appropriate product groups.

— Requirement to present a VAT certificate (National requirement).
— Requirement to present a tax certificate (National requirement).
— Requirement to present self-declaration in accordance with Regulations' attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
— Declaration of conduct.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the assignment. Documented by an extended report from Bisnode http://www.soliditet.no/. This report should be dated after announcement of the competition. If this is not attached, Abakus AS will obtain an extended report from Bisnode and use information in the report as a basis for evaluation of the tenderer's economic and financial situation. Information on the tender date will form the basis of the assessment. A credit rating of ‘A’ or ‘AN’ or better is required to participate in the competition.

The tenderer shall have experience from similar contracts Tendering businesses shall document a minimum of 3 equivalent projects during the last 3 years. Here, ‘equivalent’ means customers with comparable needs regarding product assortment, volume and geographic extent. Documentation shall include the name of contracting authority, scope, content and delivery date.
