Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Certificates for registration in a professional register as mandated in the law in the country where the service provider is established (3) Requirement to submit a VAT certificate (National requirement).

(4) Requirement to submit a tax certificate for tax (National requirement).

(5) Requirement to submit a self-declaration in accordance with the regulations annex 2 on HSE (National requirement). Service providers shall have their registration, tax and VAT payments in order. The service provider shall submit an HSE declaration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company's most recent annual report, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

(2) Submission of the company's annual financial statement or extracts thereof.

(3) Statement of the company's turnover for the last few years, with relevance to this contract.

(4) Other (please state documentation requirement below): Documentation:

Credit rating, not older than 3 months (calculated from the tender deadline) — that is based on the last known accounting figures. A rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. The rating shall include a definition of the classification that the credit rating institution uses.

If for valid reasons the service provider is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the service provider may prove their economical and financial standing with any other document that the contracting authority is able to accept.

If necessary the contracting authority will request supplementary information, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-4.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The service provider must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy:

— Lindorff 3 or better /

— Experian — 30 or better / 671 or better

— D&B/Soliditet — A.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower for this assignment (organisation plan) with names and CVs of key personnel who will carry out the assignment regarding service contracts and works contracts).

(2) The company's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including their value, time frame and recipient (regarding supplies and service contracts).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Considerable competence is required within the profession and relevant experience from equivalent assignments.

Kontraktutførelse
Juridisk form som skal antas av gruppen av økonomiske operatører som kontrakten skal tildeles til: Joint and several liability.
Andre særlige vilkår:

Service providers must have a licence for operating an insurance company in Norway, either through a licence from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway or through an equivalent licence from the country of origin. Border crossing entities must be registered at the Banking, Insurance and Securities Commission. Agent companies must be registered in the producer's agent register and documented in accordance with the ‘Insurance Arrangements Act’.
