Services for disassembling aids in residences

We loan aids to disabled persons. Some of the aids are permanently assembled in residences. When there is no longer a need for the aids, for example if the user moves into a nursing home, the aids are disassembled. When they are disassembled, there will often be a need for measures to return the assembly site to its original condition. In order to achieve this, we require various services:
1. When assembly rails for stairlifts, the existing banisters must often be removed. Upon disassembly, the rails shall be removed (usually done by the lift supplier) and the original banisters are to be reassembled (done by the service provider).
2. Major interventions must be carried out in residences when assembling a chute lift. When the chute lift shall be disassembled, there will usually be comprehensive work to return the residence to its original condition, which include both carpentry and surface treatment works.
3. Floor laying.
4. Tiling.
5. Sealing holes (can include sealing membrane).
6. Sealing bushing. This can include replacing door frames etc. and is particularly relevant when a ceiling mounted person lift with rails has been assembled in the ceiling.
7. Surface treatment, usually limited to the damaged area. Houseowners must as a rule obtain the correct paint/wallpaper/glue, but the service provider can also do this if it is practical and does not give any noteworthy price increase.
8. Changes to electrical installations.
9. Welding.
Other services can also be required.
