Horten municipality, Municipal Engineering manages approx. 128 000 m² of buildings, and a framework agreement shall be signed for the service and maintenance of ventilation installations. The need is to ensure operational reliability in municipal buildings as regards heating and air quality with the accompanying good inside climate and economic energy systems The framework agreement shall focus on guidelines in the law and regulations and user satisfaction in the buildings.
