The six groups and common rooms are located in the 1st floor, while the administration and staff rooms are located on the 2nd floor.Access to the child day-care centre is from the parking space beside the new main road past Sjøsiden. The outdoor area is generally south and west of the day-care centres.The building consists of two floors without basement. All roofs are cold with 10-degree slope and exterior gutters and drains. The foundations will probably be built on end-piles in rock, as the on-site rock probably slopes from 0 to 30 metres in depth. Hollow floors and ceilings are intended. The outer walls will be built of wood with wood cladding. The outer roof will be built as a wooden construction above a hollow feeling and covered with asphalt roofing.Area: 1 923 m² gross new construction.
