Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— HSE declaration

— Certificate issued by the treasurer/municipal treasurer where the supplier has their head office (tax, withholding, attachment of earnings, payroll tax) (Form RF-1244).

— Certificate from the tax office for relevant areas (VAT) (Form RF-1244).

Legally established enterprise: A certificate of company registration, or an equivalent certificate as determined by the laws of the country where the supplier is established, must be submitted.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Financial capacity to undertake the contract: - Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, and that relies on the last known fiscal figures. The entire credit evaluation report must be delivered and should contain key figures for the last 3 fiscal years. A rating should be performed by an officially approved credit evaluation institution. The Principal reserves the right to obtain your credit evaluation if necessary.

1) Minimum 450 MNOK in turnover on average for the last 3 years including 2013:Annual Report for 2011 and 2012 including the boards annual report, income statement, balance sheet, notes and auditor's report.

Overview of interim turnover and equity in 2013, together with the latest financial report for 2013.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Relevant expertise and proven experience in similar assignments, i.e. turnkey contracts of similar type and size: An overview of assignments carried out over the last 5 years, together with testimonials of satisfactory execution of the most important works. The testimonials shall indicate the value of, as well as time and place of the work was carried out and whether the work was carried out professionally and properly finished.

Information on education and professional qualifications of the supplier and the company's administrative leadership (competency matrix).

Relevant competency and experience of the proposed personnel: CV s showing the proposed personnels' education and professional experience, as well as an overview of previously executed assignments (Principal, size, value and type/nature and the employee's role in the project).

Sufficient capacity: a statement for the supplier's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last three years.

Central approval/qualified for local approval for level of action/intervention class 3: The Central approval or declaration that the company/organisation is eligible for local approval.

The supplier shall document possessing a satisfactory quality system.

Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the supplier fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2002

The Principal also accepts other documentation that shows that the supplier has equivalent quality assurance measures.
