Riksantikvaren

Technical and organisational monitoring of operation and maintenance agreements (O & M agreements) for technical systems with relevance for fire protection systems in stave churches. Riksantikvaren enters into O & M agreements for each individual stave church with different companies. The assignment therefore applies to technical monitoring of systems to ensure that the O & M agreements assignments are carried out, indicate errors and shortcomings, and possibly suggest "new" measures to satisfy the security in accordance with current requirements and regulations. This applies to technical monitoring of systems such as fire protection system (high pressure water mist, low pressure water mist, sprinkler system), fire alarm system, burglar alarm, CCTV, electrical system, lightning and earth electrode, alarm transmissions. Further local monitoring and training of inspectors and contact with church owners and the local fire brigade.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Duration of the contract is 2 years.
The Contracting Authority has the option to extend the contract subject to the same conditions by 1+1 years, so that the total possible length of the agreement is four years. Any extension of the contract must be triggered at least 3 months before expiration of the agreement.

Taking over of responsibilities associated with the assignment will take place as soon as practically possible after signing of the contract. The time between signing of the contract and the take over date must meanwhile be used to preparation works.

Qualification requirements:
1 - Tax certificates (obligatory)
2 - HSE declaration (obligatory)
3 - The supplier shall be a legally established enterprise. If the tender is submitted by a group of suppliers, each group member must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
1- a) Tax certificate for value added tax (Issued by the tax collector in the tenderer's county)
1-b) Tax certificate for tax (Issued by the Director of the Tax Collection Office/chief municipal treasurer where the tenderer has their main office)
2- Filled out and signed HSE declaration.
3-a) Norwegian companies: Certificate of Business Registration
3-b) Foreign companies: Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the country in which the supplier is established.

— The company must have satisfactory finances for carrying out the contract.
Documentation requirement
— The company's annual accounts, or excerpts thereof, for the last 3 years.
If the supplier cannot provide the above mentioned documentation, or wants to document that this gives a misleading picture of his financial situation, he must prove his economic and financial position by providing other documents relevant to the company's accounting figures/finances. The supplier must then provide specific reasons why the requested documentation may not be available or gives a misleading picture.

— The company's most important works of equivalent nature and size during the last five years, including their value, time and recipient,
— Overview of the company's total workforce,

— Statement regarding the company's quality assurance system/quality management system.
