The Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion (abbreviated BLD) invites to an open tender competition in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations, section III § 14-1 (1). The tender competition involves a research assignment regarding juvenile victims of human trafficking.
The Ministry of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion wishes to obtain a better understanding of the situation of juvenile victims for human trafficking. A good knowledge foundation based on documented facts is important for development of the policy for the area. See also measure 28 in the action plan named “together against human trafficking” (2011-2014).

Qualification requirements:
— Taxes and duties are paid.
— Fulfilment of statutory requirements concerning health, safety and the environment.
Documentation requirement:
— Tax certificate and VAT certificate not older than 6 months, issued by a competent authority confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations regarding the payment of taxes, social security contributions and VAT. The tax certificates must be issued by the tax collector office in the municipality where the service provider has the registered office and by the tax collector in the corresponding county.

— Adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the delivery where i.a. creditworthy with no requirements for guarantees will be sufficient.

— A credit rating with key figures from a recognised credit assessment company or other form of documentation to demonstrate that the requirement has been met.

Qualification requirements:
— The service provider must be able to prove at least three assignments in the last three years with relevance to this assignment. Relevant assignments are defined as assignments within the stated thematical/professional areas described in contract's appendix 1.
