Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for a further 2 + 2 years on unchanged terms.
It is a prerequisite that the offered prices are fixed for the first 2 years and then price adjusted on the dates the options are taken up, i.e. each other year. The price adjustment is to be calculated in accordance with the Statistics Norway's consumer price index (the main index) based on the index for the month the contract was signed.

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country in which the service provider is established.

— The service provider must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement:
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, and which is based on the last known accounting figures.
Boligbygg makes reservations on obtaining further credit ratings or other financial information (annual accounts including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's accounting figures).

Good experience from similar assignments/contracts.
Documentation requirement:
Overview of the service provider's most important relevant contracts in the last 3 years, including information on the type of project, the project's value, date, recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). Annex 6 can be filled in, or a separate form can be used. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.

Service providers shall be in possession of or be able to obtain access to sufficient data on the rent price level for bedsits and 1 to 5 room flats in Oslo. Data is required on the pivotal points in the established rent level for current rent reports. Satisfactory access to rent price data shall be documented. The requirement is to be documented by a separate account from the service provider.
