Removal, transportation and treatment of hazardous waste from Sandnessjøen Gejnvinning Recycling

The assignment shall be carried out in line with the commissioned party's operations permit under the Pollution Control Act. The assignment comprises the following:
— Remove and treat hazardous waste from six storage containers of about 350 m³ drill cuttings and 423 m³ slop water. The containers must be cleaned, and the washing water must be treated as hazardous waste.
— Empty tank 6 for oil residue from the TCC-process. The oil shall be transported and treated as hazardous waste.
— Remove and ensure correct handling of the chemicals.
— Analyze, remove and deposit solids from the TCC process in an approved landfill.
During the period in which the assignment is carried out, and if there is still waste at the facility, the facility must be inspected at a minimum every 14th day where dangerous waste is inspected. Short status report must be sent to The Norwegian Environment Agency after each inspection.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Wash six tanks and treat the washing water as hazardous waste.
Option: Clean six tanks previously filled with oil emulsions, and treat the washing water as hazardous waste. Tanks 1-5 have contained slop and water from the TCC process, while tank 6 has contained oil from the TCC process. We request a price on the option to clean these tanks, as well as treating the washing water from the cleaning as hazardous waste. The client can redeem the option before the end of the assignment.

Requirement: The supplier must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement: Credit assessment/ rating based on the most recently available financial figures. A rating must be carried out by an official approved credit rating institution.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: The supplier must have permits for treatment of hazardous waste from petroleum activities, and experience with transport of hazardous waste.
Documentation requirement: - Permits for activities under the Pollution Control Act.
- Description of the supplier's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include the contract value, time frame and recipient (name, phone and e-mail of the reference person). Referees must be contactable if necessary to clarify the relevance of the contract.
