Moving the property of the contracting authority's personnel to and from locations or to storage.
Moving carried out by the contracting authority to and from locations or to and from storage, typically moving connected to the relocation of offices, reuse of furniture and fittings etc.
Framework agreements shall be signed with up to eight service providers per zone or per stretch between the different zones. The contracting authority's need for moving services is nationwide and is especially great in the period May-August. The procurement is divided up into geographical zones. Counties are listed within each zone, which naturally come under the different zones. Service providers can submit tenders for all or each individual zone, as well as for stretches between the different zones. The division of zones is in Part I — ‘Tender Letter’ and Part II annex A ‘Delivery Extent’.

There are not definite historical figures for removals carried out by the contracting authority to and from locations or to and from storage, typically moving connected to the relocation of offices, reuse of furniture and fittings etc. Detailed information on the extent of delivery and performance requirements are presented in Part II Annex A: ‘Delivery Extent’ and in Annex E: ‘Specifications’.
