The removal service consists of moving from the seven locations that KHiB currently has in the centre of Bergen to the new building. 3 of the locations from which removals shall be made are next to each other. The assignment consists of the following tasks over all the defined phases:A. Planning and coordination— Progress and activity management of the removal process in cooperation with KHiB and Statsbygg in all phases of the assignment, including the planning, execution and winding-up phases.— Coordination with KHiB and Statsbygg, as well as other activities and service providers under them.B. Removal process to the new location— Moving furniture, equipment, fittings, machines and tools from the existing locations in the centre of Bergen to the new location at Møllendal. This includes disassembly, packing and reassembly, as well as padding equipment and building parts.— The removal process also includes any removal to temporary storage, external stores and/or to other existing/new addresses.C. Requirement: The service provider shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:

— Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign service providers:
— Confirmation that the service provider is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the service provider is established.
Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The service provider's annual financial statements, including notes, and the management and audit reports for 2012 and 2013.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment from Experian. Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
The service provider may choose to rely on other companies' capacity to strengthen his economic and financial position.
The tenderer must, in such an event, document the resources of the companies on which he will rely and prove that he will have the requisite resources from these companies at his disposal during the contract period, by,for example presenting a declaration of commitment, guarantee, co-operation agreement or similar.

This applies regardless of the legal nature of the connection between the companies, i.e. that the supporting companies can either be the tenderer's parent company, another company in the same group, a co-operation partner etc.
Requirement no. 1: The service provider shall have a good ability to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
A short, overall description of the company shall be given, including:
— An account of the company's business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery.
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business.
— A description of the service provider's general execution methodology, including, amongst other things, how the service provider is normally organised internally for the execution of this type of assignment.
— A description of the service provider's equipment and tools.
— A short description of the general quality assurance system that the service provider will use for the execution of the contract.
The service provider may choose to rely on other companies' capacity to meet the technical and specialist qualification requirement.

— Name and telephone number for the reference person at the Contracting Authority.
The contracting authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
