Nordhordland Utviklingsselskap IKS would like to engage project management with a project manager who shall see to the implementation of the project up until the turnkey building is ready for use.— The project management is expected to last for 4 years.— The project management shall, on behalf of the builders and within the fixed authorisations, ensure that the project is carried out at the right time within the agreed financial limits and with the correct quality.— The project management has a general responsibility for ensuring compliance with the public procurement regulations throughout the entire process.— The project management has a general responsibility for ensuring that the regulation process is in accordance with progress and finances.— The project management has a general responsibility for contracting an engineering design group, engineering design manager, construction management organisation and contractors.— The project management shall prepare a complete main progress plan for the entire process.— The project management shall keep project accounts continuously for all the contracts that have been signed in total for the builder. An account shall be given of the contract sum, additional and change work, wages and price rises as well as the expected unexplained costs in the coming period.— The project management shall ensure that an uncertainty analysis is carried out based on the completed preliminary project, drawings, descriptions and calculations.— The project management shall report to the management group monthly as regards progress, finances and quality.See the tender documents and annexes for further information on the contract's extent and content.
