— The contractor must have sufficient financial capacity to implement the assignment/contract.
Documentation requirement:
— The company's last 3 Financial Statements including notes, managements Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's accounting figures.
— The contracting authority reserves the right to itself obtain a credit assessment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirements:
— The contractor shall have good experience from equivalent contracts. Equivalent contracts mean, amongst other things, ground work and sheet piling in the sea, as well as quay constructions of an equivalent extent and complexity.
Documentation requirement:
— An overview of work carried out during the last five years. The overview should contain a detailed description of:
— The content of the work
— The value of the work
— Name of the contracting authority
— Date of the work
— The contractor shall have a good ability to fulfil the contract
— A description of the contractor's technical personnel or technical units the contractor has at their disposition to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not. It shall be clear whether the personnel or units belong to the company.

— If it is necessary to rely on other companies' capacity to meet the qualification requirements, documentation is required to show the contracting authority that the company has the necessary resources available. Documentation such as a declaration of commitment from these other companies may be used.
