Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS (ROAF)

ROAF requests procurement of 2 material processing machines in accordance with the description in annex 1: ‘Requirement specification’, including 5 years/7 500 operational hours complete service agreement and annual approval.
1 of the machines shall be used indoor in the sorting plant and the other machine shall be used outdoor — i.a. at disposal sites.
The tenderers are invited to submit tenders for new material processing machines, demo machines, or used machines with maximum 600 operational hours.
Tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for one machine or both.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to totally or partly accept any of the received tenders: i.e. the right to consider the machines individually if this proves more advantageous.
It is requested that the machines are delivered in week 11/2015, at the latest.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of tax and VAT.
Norwegian tenderers shall enclose tax certificates for tax and VAT that are not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Certificates can be obtained from the local tax collection office or the tax office.
— Foreign suppliers must provide certificates from equivalent authorities as the Norwegian.
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to health, safety and environment (HSE).
— The supplier shall enclose a HSE self-declaration.
The tenderer must be a legally established enterprise.
Norwegian companies: Updated Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Certificates verifying that the company is registered in a trade or business register as required by the law of the country where the supplier is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solvency to be able to comply with the contractual obligations.
Credit appraisal, not older than 6 months. The credit appraisal shall be based on the most recent accounting figures, and shall be enclosed the tender. The rating must be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating institution.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Suppliers shall have good credit worthiness (Minimum rating = Good).

The supplier shall in a clear manner describe previous contracting authorities from comparable deliveries the previous 3 years with contact information (including name of contact, telephone no., e-mail, postal address).
