Purchase of laptops

The NPD and the PSA seek to replace laptop computers and want to sign a framework agreement on purchase and maintenance of new laptops/notebooks. The framework agreement should run for one year at a time, up to 4 years.
The main delivery concerns approximately 250–400 units to be delivered in the first six months of 2014. In addition, extensions, and possibly changes may occur in the term of this agreement. We assume that we are going to acquire an additional 200–400 units in the course of the next 2 to 4 years.
The NPD will be a contracting party with the supplier by signing of the agreement. From 1.1.2015, we terminate collaboration on this framework agreement between NPD and the PSA. The PSA will thus be be a contracting party in separate agreement with the selected supplier on the same terms and therefore there will be a reduced scope, beginning on 1.1.2015.

References must be contactable if necessary to clarify the relevance of the contract. However, it is the tenderer's responsibility to provide a description documenting relevance.
