Purchase of an engineering, procurement and construction contract for the construction of a new swimming pool Part I — Pre-qualification

Aurskog-Høland kommune

Aurskog- Høland municipality shall construct a new swimming facility comprising one swimming pool for competitions and one swimming pool for practising with accompanying changing rooms and joint functions as well as outdoor areas. The financial frame of the project is 65 000 000 NOK, including VAT. In order to carry out the project within the cost frame, a close co-operation between the contractor and the contracting authority is expected.
The facility has received financial support from the Ministry of Culture in connection with a programme for development of new and cost-effective swimming facilities. It is therefore an assumption to the procurement that the finished facility complies with the requirements to facilities entitled to financial support from the National Lottery, requirements related to financial support from the Ministry of Culture and the Norwegian Swimming Federation's requirements for competition facilities.
