R 06 Financial and economical standing — Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economical and financial solidity to carry out the contractual obligations. The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirement based on the following information. a) Latest submitted annual financial statements with notes including auditor's report. b) Income statement and balance sheet for the last 6 months if it is more than six months since the last annual report. c) Tenderers are free to substantiate their economic and financial standing by any other document, including for example by a parent company guarantee. d) The contracting authority will itself obtain a credit report from Bisnode Credit AS via the Mercell portal in order to verify this requirement.

R 07 Tenderers shall describe the economic and organisational conditions that may affect the organisation since the last submitted annual accounts.
