Provision of bus services to resolve discrepancies

Flytoget AS invite tenderers to a competition for the provision of bus services when all or parts of Flytoget's traffic (the Airport Express Train) on the stretch from Drammen to Oslo Airport Gardermoen is cancelled.
Flytoget shall, via this procurement, ensure the provision of efficient high quality bus transport in the event of discrepancies. The procurement covers all replacement transport by bus for the airport express train.
The contract will be valid from 1.2.2015 to 31.12.2016, with an option for an extension after a unilateral demand from Flytoget for 1 year at a time for up to 2 years.
The overview of planned deviations for 2015 is in the Assignment Description. This shows nine periods when buses shall run for airport express trains on parts of Flytoget's route. In addition the assignment includes turn-outs at short notice 24 hours a day to run buses for airport express trains in the event of non-planned descrepancies on the stretch. So far in 2014, there have been 29 assignments for such discrepancies. See the Assignment Description for further details on the assignment.
Flytoget shall be a priortised customer at the service provider. The bus capacity shall primarily be allocated to Flytoget.
