The selection will be among tenderers that comply with all the qualification requirements based on a ranking of the selection criteria described from page 28 in the document named “konkurransegrunnlag for dialog versjon 1.0 pr. 27.05.14“:

The main features in connection with evaluation of selection criteria are as follows:

The capacity criteria are assessed in accordance with a grading scale from 1 to 5, where grade 1 is given if there are several voids in presented professional competence. Grade 5 is given if all professional competence is represented, and if there is given a statement of substitute capacity and sufficient total capacity at the supplier/the tendering group for solving the assignment.

The criteria relevant experience is evaluated in accordance with a grading scale from 1 to 5, where grade 1 is given if references for equivalent assignments are lacking or the references are irrelevant for equivalent assignments. Grade 5 is given if the stated reference in total substantiates wide experience from both equivalent type of buildings and special implementation models.

In the evaluation process the criteria are assessed equally, with equal parts each. The 3 (possibly 4) tenderers that, in addition to fulfil all qualification requirements, get the best total grades based on the selection criteria, will be invited to participate in the dialogue.
