The contracting authority requires a project manager who shall assist Oslo municipality with the Harbour promenade in the establishment phase, including preparation of the opening 14.6.2015. The project manager shall work with communication, the development of branded goods, marketing and coordination between landowners, other actors and the municipality. See annex 1 specifications for further details on the assignment. The workload will vary from period to period. From the commissioning in 2015 until the opening of the Harbour promenade, this will be a 100 % position. After the opening, there will be a somewhat reduced commitment and we expect that there will be a need for the project manager to work 2-3 days a week at the contracting authority. The contracting authority will provide an office and it is a prerequisite that the project manager uses this.
If it is necessary with expertise in addition to the competence that the offered project manager has to fulfil the assignment as described in the specifications, this expertise can be obtained from other personnel (sub consultants).
