Statsbygg has been given the task of planning and preparing the execution of a new university college site for Bergen Art University College with a starting point of 300 students.
The development in Møllendal will locate all students and employees in the same place, thus providing more effective teaching.
The new premises for the Art and Design University College in Møllendal in Bergen are planned with a gross area of 14 500 m².

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification requirement: The contractor is required to have a legally established business and reliable ability to carry out the task.
Documentation:
1. Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the enterprise is registered.
2. Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided between administration and production.
Tax certificates: 2 tax and fee certificates shall be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance tax deductions, attachment of earnings, employers' national insurance contributions).
— VAT certificate
Tax certificate for tax and for VAT can be ordered at the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.
The certificates should be no more than 6 months old from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with a registered office in another EEA country than Norway must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations §§ 11.10 (3) and 20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration:
All tenderers must submit an HSE self-declaration by the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documentation. Tenderers registered in StartBANK can state their StartBANK ID or send in a copy of their StartBANK certificate of registration instead.

Requirement: Good solidity and the financial ability to fulfil the contract are required.
Documentation: Complete financial statements for the last three years including audit reports.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Broad experience is required from contracts of similar size and complexity:
Requirement regarding experience as a main company in accordance with the Norwegian Working Environment Act.
Documentation: Reference projects carried out in the last five years. With information on
— the extent of the assignment,
— the assignment's value/nature,
— the date of execution,
— the tenderer's tasks,
— how lean is used in the project.
