Production and communication of job advertisements

The Brønnøysund Register Centre would like to enter into a contract with a service provider who can assist with competence and consultancy services within the following services/professions:
— Production and communication of job advertisements for relevant media.
— Media consultancy services for job advertising based on defined target groups.
A 1 year framework agreement shall be established that comes into force from 1.7.2014. The Brønnøysund registries shall retain the unilateral option to extend the contract by 1 + 1 + 1 year. The contract will be automatically extended if notice is not given at the latest 1 month before it expires. The extent is approx. 40-50 job advertisements per annum. The total costs in recent years have been approx. 1 000 000 NOK including VAT. per annum. We emphasise that this is only an estimate, the figures can be both lower and higher.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT (National requirement).
Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for tax (National requirement).
Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
The contracting authority will obtain the company registration certificate themselves for Norwegian tenderers. Foreign tenderers must attach certificates that prove that they are legally-established businesses as determined by the law of the country in which the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company's most recent annual report with notes, including new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures if available.
If a tenderer has valid reasons as to why such documentation cannot be obtained, or that the economic situation has changed significantly since the last submitted annual accounts, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation that the contracting authority can accept. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the contracting authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit rating of the tenderers.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer is required to have adequate economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/agreement. The tenderer's solvency, liquidity and financial strength will be central to this assessment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall attach an overview of his experience from comparable assignments. The summary must include the most important deliveries over the last three years, their value/scope, what the delivery included, the time and recipient. Form – Attachment 6 must be used.
