St. Olavs Hospital HF

The aim is to obtain an ultrasound apparatus that shall be used in the Surgical Clinic (the Gastro Centre), 2nd floor south and outpatients (diagnostics). The apparatus shall be used by doctors, nurses, technicians and researchers in urology and in the surgical department. The apparatus shall be used for detailed pictures for diagnostic examinations (e.g. prostate) and for surgical interventions on, amongst other things, kidneys, lever and pancreas, in particular laparoscopic interventins (including da Vinci robot), on elderly persons, children and adults of all sizes.

KK - 03 Certificate of registration. Requirement: Tenderers shall be legally established enterprises, sole traders or companies under establishment. Documentation Requirements. Established enterprise: Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises or certificate of registration in the professional register with regard to the legislation in the country in which the tenderer is established. Recently established/in the process of being established: Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises, or if not available, the Memorandum of Association (AS). The company registration certificate presented must not be more than 12 months old.

KK - 04 Requirement: submit a HSE declaration. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall use the attached form for a HSE self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
KK - 05 Requirement: sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations is required. The creditworthiness that will be used as a basis for qualification for this tender competition will not be less than "Creditworthy" (equivalent to A from AAA Soliditet). In evaluation of the above, the contracting authority will be using Ravnifo.no/Soliditet. The contracting authority will itself gather credit ratings as a basis for the assessment stated above. The credit ratings will be obtained after the deadline for receipt of tenders and on the same date for all tenderers. For recently founded companies, companies in the process of being founded, companies without activity or companies that have not undergone a credit evaluation, parent company guarantees, bank guarantee or other similar document providing equivalent confirmation of delivery capacity may be submitted instead.
