— Landline apparatus with SIM-card (normal telephone with a SIM card),
— Access to all the supplier's assortment (additional equipment),
— Downloading the ‘Mobile Bedriftsnett’ application to the mobiles,
— Training in using the application on the mobile,
— Training in using the telephone exchange,
— Service in the product's life cycle: secure deleting with certificate, disposal and repairs.

According to the ICT strategy in the Education Department, schools and departments shall start using mobile telephones that are connected to a company system. In the joint contract for ‘telephony, calls and services’, this company system is synonymous with Mobilt Bedriftsnett. The replacement will occur as and when there is a need to replace the existing telephone system. 30 schools have currently changed from landlines to mobile telephones for all employees, UDE currently has approx. 5 000 telephones. It is estimated that approx. 1 500 telephones will be purchased per annum. The procured telephone system for schools consists of telephone services that are currently in the telephony contract and mobile telephones, for which there currently is no procurement contract. The contract shall also include repair services for the telephones that UDE already has.8 000 000

The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract for a further up to 1 + 1 years on unchanged terms.

The framework agreement could be used by other entities/departments in Oslo municipality. In order to make call-offs on the framework agreement, entities/departments must take up an option on the contract that will be valid for the same length as the contract with UDE.

Requirement: The supplier shall be a legally established company.

Documentation:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate,

— Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian for the last year.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The supplier shall be creditworthy.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) A description of the supplier's technical personnel or technical units the supplier has at their disposition to fulfil the contract, regardless of whether they belong to the company or not. An organisation chart that shows the supplier's organisation shall be enclosed.

2) List of the 3-6 most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including information on value and/or extent, date, the name of the public or private recipient and a short description of the assignment's content.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Good execution capabilities are required.

2) The supplier shall have experience from a minimum of three assignments of an equivalent size during the last 3 years. Equivalent assignments mean the delivery of approx. 100 mobile telephones for a telephone system based on Mobilt Bedriftsnett including configuration and training.
