Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for VAT (National requirement).
Requirement to submit Tax Certificate for tax (National requirement).
Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Regulations attachment 2 on HSE (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit Rating: Requirement 1: The supplier must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Minimum requirement: Credit worthy.
Documentation requirement 1: Credit assessment or credit rating, no more than 6 months old at the expiry of the tender deadline, and based on the last known accounting figures. A rating should be carried out by an officially approved credit rating institution. For recently established companies that do not have a credit rating, equivalent documentation must be submitted, such as a statement of equity and financial position confirmed by an auditor.

Requirement: The supplier shall have sufficient execution capability and capacity. Documentation requirement: Statement must be submitted indicating the supplier's average workforce over the last 3 years and the implements, machinery, tools, material or technical equipment that are available to the Supplier and will be used to execute the contract/assignment.

Experience:
Requirement: The enterprise is required to have experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries. Equivalent assignments means delivery of sorting machines of the same type to the waste sector.
Documentation requirement: A reference list must be submitted with a minimum of 3 references showing that the qualification requirement is met. For each reference assignment, information must be provided about the assignment's content and scope, value, time, Contracting Authority, Contracting Authority's contact person with e-mail address and telephone number.
