Procurement of pellets for Kirkebakken local heating
4.1 Description of the product
Kirkebakken local heating shall procure pellets for the local heating plant where pellets are the primary heating source for heat production. Oil is used for peak load.
4.1.1 Extent.
The local heating plant procures approx. 500 tons pellets per heating season.
The silo at the plant takes a maximum of 30 tons. There is no storage capacity at the plant in addition to this.
The pellets shall be delivered directly in the silo at the plant.
4.1.2 Material requirements
The pellets shall be produced from pure wood and they shall fulfil NS - 3165 group 1 with a diameter of 8 mm. The values shall be given.
A lab report shall be produced upon request.
4.1.3 Delivery
The prices shall apply to the products delivered at the plant free of charge.
4.1.4 Flexibility and service
Orders shall be able to placed by email.
The delivery time and response time shall be described in the tender.
