Procurement of new communication services — Skøyen

The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund, hereafter called SPK, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of communication systems for the new premises in Skøyen, Verkstedveien 1, Oslo.
The aim of the procurement is to establish stable communication systems with good performance and quality in our new office premises in Skøyen.
The communication lines shall cover all our needs for external communication and interaction,
as well as for good communication between the main computer room in Skøyen and our secondary computer room at Broadnet in Østre aker vei 67 (P2).
The attached tender documentation and the accompanying annexes describe the procurement's extent and the requirement specifications in more detail. Tenderers must submit a tender that is in accordance with the information in the tender documentation.
The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund (SPK) is the largest provider of public service pensions in Norway.
SPK is under the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and our framework terms are set by the Norwegian parliament. We administer pension rights of NOK 432 000 000 000 on behalf of the government for 1 600 entities and for more than 1 000 000 previous and current employees in the government, schools, research, pharmacies and organisations. In 2013 we paid NOK 22 800 000 000 in pensions.
Membership in SPK is obligatory for government employees. Other entities with associations to public services, for example, governmental companies, are voluntary customers. There employees are, therefore, members in the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund.
In addition to old-age pensions, SPK offers disability pensions, bereaved pensions, good insurance schemes and favourable mortgages. SPK is, besides, a major provider of pension courses and we manage the pension fund for all the pharmacies in Norway.
