The aim of the procurement is to establish stable communication systems with good performance and quality in our new office premises in Skøyen. The communication lines shall cover all our needs for external communication and interaction, as well as for good communication between the main computer room in Skøyen and our secondary computer room at Broadnet in Østre aker vei 67 (P2). The attached tender documentation and the accompanying annexes describe the procurement's extent and the requirement specifications in more detail. Tenderers must submit a tender that is in accordance with the information in the tender documentation. A description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract, including a description of which parts of the assignment shall be carried out by sub suppliers.

The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution. Minimum rating B (Dun and Bradsteet) or equivalent. Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
