Procurement of evaluation of NAV’s (the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) follow up services for juveniles with rights to upper secondary education and training
The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) wishes to implement an evaluation analysing NAV’s function in the Ny GIV follow-up project. This includes the NAV offices’ collaboration with the Follow-Up Service referred to as OT, regarding follow up of juveniles in the target group in the view of NAV’s society assignments and given management signals, frames and guidelines for follow up juveniles, including use of employment directed measures. The evaluation shall also examine the effect of allocating NAV guides in the student services at 6th form colleges, and the cooperation models developed locally.
The evaluation assignment shall result in 2 deliveries:
— Delivery 1 shall contain evaluation of NAV’s contribution in the Ny GIV collaboration, as well as evaluation of the first stage in the ongoing evaluation of the NAV guides in 6th form colleges;
— Delivery 2 shall contain results from the ongoing evaluation of the experiment with NAV guides in 6th form colleges.
