Drammen kommune City Council has chosen to leave the cook/serve method and use the cook/cool method for production and distribution of dinner to the nursing homes in Drammen.
In this connection an entirely new central kitchen must be built which is announced parallel to this announcement by Drammen Eiendom KF.
This competition comprises all commercial kitchen equipment for the building. Total and/or partial delivery of commercial kitchen equipment for cook/cool. The delivery comprises the entire process from receipt, storage, production, cooking, packing, storing and dispatching. The reuse of some equipment is being assessed. The value of the procurement would be lowered by reuse.
Parts of the price list or individual products can be allocated to other tenderers than the tenderer that is awarded the main delivery. In addition, some equipment may be assessed as leasing objects.
Multiple suppliers manufacturers can cooperate on the delivery.

No direct options, but possibility for alternative solution or reusing of equipment depending on the requirement of Drammen Kjøkken (The Drammen Kitchen) The degree of alternatives and reuse will effect the price of the final contract.
The price list contains alternative solutions to a device/position. The final selection will be made in connection with the assessment of the tender.

Invoices must be delivered via the E-invoice system.
Products/equipment must be delivered, mounted and function tested before payment can occur.

The supplier must not purchase or produce the individual equipment items before this is specifically agreed, coordinated and all control measures are completed. Coordination of the purchase and delivery is agreed upon in the project meetings.
