The County North Cooperation (FKN) (see annex 5 for an overview of entities) shall procure an advertisement facilitation service. The service includes production, checking application deadlines, booking space in media, carrying out electronic transmission of advertisements and notices to media, setting in job advertisements, dealing with claims against the media (if needed) and checking the media's invoices (including that the correct discount is invoiced). The contract also includes consultancy services for the entire contract's extent.
