Procurement of accounting services for Sykehusbygg HF

Helsebygg Midt-Norge

The contracting authority shall procure accounting services including payroll tasks, for the newly started Sykehusbygg HF. One envisages a service provider of accounting services who, with the help of user friendly and modern systems, will contribute to simplifying each employees' daily work. We also require access to updated figures outside the office, and require, therefore, a web system for parts of the service. It shall also be possible to register hours, submit travel expenses and other possible operations via a mobile or tablet.

The Ministry would like better coordination of the property business within the specialist health service and asked the regional health companies under the management of Helse Midt-Norge RHF to establish a jointly owned health company for the coordination of properties during 2014. The jointly owned health company shall be responsible for assignments within analysis, systemization and facilitation of competence and experiences, as well as consultancy services and builder functions for the implementation of investment projects. The health company shall have a decentralised organisation model with its main office in Trondheim. The company meeting asked the regional health companies to establish a jointly owned health company for the coordination of properties during 2014. It has been decided that the new health company shall be called Sykehusbygg HF. The new health company's activities will consist of 2 main categories of assignments; joint assignments and project assignments. Joint assignments are assignments that the new health company shall continually take care of for the 4 health regions, whilst project assignments are to be delivered according to an order from one or several regional health companies/health companies.
