The options will apply for a period of up to 4 -four- years from when the contract is signed for the first machine that is offered in this tender competition. If one or several of the options are taken up, there will be a possibility to negotiate on the final configuration based on the offered machine as regards where the clinic intends to place the apparatus. The contracting authority points out that such future configuration will not change the chosen apparatus to a significant degree, but it is important that the supplier specifies in his tender how future technical options can be used if one or several options are taken up. The contracting authority will evaluate the offered price for the mobile x-ray apparatus including the options requested in this tender. The tender price shall is what we shall deal with in the assessment and 160983 there shall not be any reservations on the take up of further options at the offered prices. If discounts are granted, the tender shall state which discounts shall be granted for the procurement of 2, 3 or more mobile x-ray apparatuses respectively from the same supplier.
