Procurement of a framework agreement for diving services

The aim of this procurement is to cover the Norwegian Coastal Administration's need for diving services in the Nordland region. 2 framework agreements shall be procured, these shall cover the northern and southern parts of the Nordland region respectively. The northern part stretches from Bodø up to the northern county border of Nordland county. The northern part also includes Harstad and Kvæfjord municipalities, as well as a small part of the outer south western area of Skånland municipaity. The southern part of the Nordland region is from the southern county border of Nordland county up to and including Bodø.
The need for diving services is mainly connected to the new establishment, maintenance and closure of navigation installations. The diving services consist of different types of underwater works, for example:
— Inspections and surveys of seabed conditions.
— Mapping and filming seabed conditions.
— Adjusting, clamping, flushing and positioning submarine cables.
— Drilling holes in the rock bed for sea marks with the Norwegian Coastal Administration's drilling equipment or the tenderer's own drilling equipment. (The Norwegian Coastal Administration has a drilling rig that can be used for submarine works as well as hydraulic core drilling equipment.)
— Concrete and casting works for foundations for sea marks.
— Welding work, cutting iron rods, chains etc.
— Other general diving and service assignments for work on navigation installations.
