Ålesund kommune

The aim of this procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for municipal loans on behalf of the participating municipalities. The contract shall cover the participating municipalities and companies' need for ordinary loans. The procurement will also include any refinancing of existing debenture loans and refinancing of loans in the bonds and certificate market.
Parallel framework agreements will be signed with up to 5 service providers. When the need for a loan arises, each participant will hold a mini competition between the framework agreement service providers. A short aim of the procurement will be written here.

Credit Rating.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will conduct an assessment of the service provider's finances through the company and accounts information system Bisnode AS (www.soliditet.no/creditcontrol) with the service CreditPro. The contracting authority will not accept credit ratings from other companies and accounting information systems than Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro. Service providers can include other necessary information with the tender if conditions at the service provider means that Bisnode/CreditPro does not provide a correct picture of the financial situation.
