Procurement – Analysis service water and sewage and sludge 2014

The Contracting Authority for this competition is Ålesund Municipality. The procurement is being carried out on behalf of the Procurement Cooperation in Sunnmøre. The participating municipalities for this procurement are Sandøy, Ørskog, Stordal, Norddal, Sula, Skodje, Sykkylven, Vestnes and Ålesund.
The municipalities who have a water supply plant, sewage treatment plant, land fill site and sludge treatment plant are obligated to take samples and make analyses in accordance with the drinking water regulations, the pollution regulations and the fertilizer regulations.
Tenders are wanted through this procurement for the relevant services in order to fulfil the analysis regulatory requirements. The planned start for the framework agreement is 1.1.2015. The contract will be valid for two (2) years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year.
