KK Tax certificate. The tender is required to have fulfilled its obligations in terms of the payment of taxes. Documentation requirement. Certificate issued by a competent authority confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations with regard to the payment of tax. (In Norway: certificate/RF1244) from the tax collector and the municipal treasurer/collector of taxes, not older than 6 months). If the tenderer plans to uses sub suppliers, tax certificates for tax must also be submitted for these.

KK Requirements: A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required ( ISO 9000 or equivalent). Documented by self-certification or other that documents the qualification requirement.
KK – Service Requirement: The tender shall have a service organisation that has good expertise and experience in the service/repair of the requested equipment. Documentation requirement: Description of the service department or organisation.
KK – Reference Requirements: Experience is required from the corresponding contracts. Documentation requirement: List the deliveries of the same type and scope in Europe. State the contact person, phone number and sales year for the last 3 years.
