Fredrikstad Kommune

Fredrikstad municipality shall enter into parallel framework agreements for the preparation of development plans.
The contract shall include development plan work for the entire process up until political approval in the town council. The planning work will mostly comprise foot and cycle paths, schools and other public buildings, development areas for housing and businesses, development of town areas.
