Norges Handelshøyskole (Norwegian School of Economics) shall establish a new and more user-friendly intranet and internet.
Nettstedet nhh.no shall be re-established on a new platform. The procurement comprises the purchase and setting up of new publishing solution for NHH's websites and assistance for development of the content, including training of the college staff that will work with the websites. The project also comprises new organisational and editorial operations model.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Requirement to submit tax certificate for VAT (National requirement).
(3) Requirement to submit tax certificate for tax (National requirement).
(4) Requirement to submit declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Regulations concerning HSE (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Attached should be a printout of credit rating which shows economic ranking. Printout of rating from Dun & Bradstreet, CreditInform or equivalent
credit assessment company. Minimum requirement of the credit rating is rating A or equivalent.
The credit rating should not be more than 3 months old. Definition of the symbols the credit rating institution uses must be attached so that the Contracting Authority can compare the different ratings to each other.
The Contracting Authority retains the right to demand/obtain further information to verify that the supplier has sufficient financial strength.
Financial strength is assessed in relation to turnover, operating margin, solvency and liquidity.
The above mentioned information shall also be delivered for any parent company.
Newly started companies which are unable to provide a relevant credit assessment may provide alternative documentation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A short, overall description of the company shall be given, including:
— An account of the company's business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery.
— An overview of the company's history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the business today.
— Description of how the supplier is organised for the execution of this contract.
— A concise description of the overall quality assurance system that the supplier will arrange in carrying out this contract.
Collaborative partners/subcontractors:
With any collaborative constellations and use of sub-suppliers, the supplier shall attach the following:
— Name, address and organisation number (company registration) for the sub-supplier.
— Description of which part of the contract shall be taken care of by sub suppliers
— If the supplier is relying on sub-suppliers to meet one or more of the qualification requirements, adequate documentation should be provided to enable the sub-supplier to prove that the requirement has been met.
— Liability declaration, partnership agreement or equivalent form of documentation which shows that the supplier actually prevails over the necessary resources of the listed sub-suppliers.
Certificates from similar deliveries during the last 3 years. The attestations shall be signed or confirmed in writing by the contracting authority for the different deliveries, and – as a minimum – shall include:
— Short description of the delivery.
— The supplier shall also describe which tools (CMS platform) is used.
— Time frame for execution.
— Scope of delivery in monetary amount.
— Name, and telephone number for the reference person at the contracting authority.
If it is not possible to acquire signed or verified attestations, the supplier shall provide a list of all relevant contracts with descriptions according to the above points.
The contracting authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
