GIVAS seeks to undertake a wide range of studies in the future. For example, rehabilitation assessed vs. construction of new facilities. Furthermore, we must look at possible co-location and reduction of the number of treatment plants and alternative technologies. There will therefore be an ongoing need for counselling services that will extend over a longer period of time.
Good knowledge of the technology at existing treatment plants is emphasised. Similarly, good knowledge of modern solutions and how these can be integrated for rehabilitation is also emphasised.
Depending on the needs of each project, the following tasks can be relevant per performance category:
Preparation of cost estimates. Necessary measurements, review of basic data and pilot studies. Obtaining tenders for execution, including tender documents, the necessary drawings with revisions, and as-built drawings, contracting assistance, traffic management plans, monitoring of the construction schedule and warranty period. Building applications. Arrange for required materials and documentation for building applications. Maintain the role of responsible applicant, planner and design monitor. SHE planning coordinator. Preparation of SHE plan during the design phase.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The company shall be legally registered.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Registration certificates in professional registers as determined by legislation in the countries in which the supplier is established.
The company's tax affairs shall be in order in relation to payment of tax and charges.
Norwegian companies: VAT certificate not older than six months from the tender deadline (issued by the tax office in the tenderer's home county).
Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the provider's home state certifying that the supplier has fulfilled its obligations regarding fees in accordance with the laws of the State in which the supplier is established.
Norwegian companies: Tax certificate not older than six months from the tender deadline (issued by the Chief Municipal Treasurer (kemner/ kommunekasserer) where the tenderer has its headquarters).
Foreign company: Certificate issued by the competent authority in the tenderer's home state certifying that the supplier has fulfilled his obligations regarding taxes in accordance with the laws of the State where the supplier is established.
The company shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
Completed and signed HSE declaration in accordance with Appendix 2 of the Regulation on public procurement (www.lovdata.no).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The supplier shall have extensive expertise and experience in the relevant discipline for which the tender is submitted. (See the list of current professions in the table below)
List of the most important deliveries and services performed during the past 5 years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients. For each professional discipline for which the supplier chooses to tender.

The supplier shall have sufficient capacity and execution capabilities.
An account of the supplier's average workforce within the relevant category for (e.g. documented in a skills matrix).
The supplier must have procedures in place to carry out the assignment in an environmentally appropriate manner.
Statement of existing routines or valid certificate from a third party verification system (e.g. Miljøfyrtårn (‘Eco-lighthouse programme’), ISO 14001, EMAS). If necessary use the declaration in this document's Appendix 3.
